Arrival
We recommend that you check in at the Spa Reception 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations and also give you ample time prepares for your treatment and enjoys a hot shower. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment.

Advance Booking
We highly recommend to make an advance booking to ensure that your preferred time and treatment are available.

Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa and Fitness Centre is 16. All ages are welcome to the pools. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. Children under 16 are restricted from entering the gym area at all times.

Cancellation
Please allow 3-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellation or no show within 2 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to confirm your treatment.

Mobile Phone
Noise pollution adds to our everyday stress. Kindly turn off your mobile phone during your stay to ensure tranquility and total relaxation.

Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every service and treatment.

Gift Certificate
An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts. Please ask our spa receptionist for further information.

Group Arrangement
Spa services are available for group function, including activity classes and a variety of treatments and services.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe provided. For hotel guests, please secure all valuables in your in-room safe.

No Smoking
We offer a health, smoke-free environment for all of our guests.

Pregnancy
Please allow the Spa consultants to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Spa Attire
For all body massage treatments, disposable cotton underwear is provided, along with bathrobe and towels.

Spa Boutique
To continue your spa regimen at home, all spa products used in the treatments and services are available in our spa boutique in hand carry-on sizes.

Information on special spa packages or group programmes can be obtained by contacting our Spa Director or our spa receptionist.
