2.3 Provide hotel E&M requirements
2.4 Participate the meetings with the related companies selected by the owner
2.5 Participate the selection of master construction plan, architectural design and interior design with the owner and to give comments
2.6 Provide project development E&M specification
2.7 Conduct regular meetings with the design company selected by the owner and provide relevant parameters and information
2.8 Provide all-rounded services for planning, negotiating and consultancy service after the topping-off stage of the project
