Alaskan Seafood is going to land in L’Eau Restaurant! This September, Executive Chef Paul Tsui hunts a series of Alaskan seafood savory and turns into sumptuous relishes. To double the joy, every guest will receive a complementary Gratinated Alaska King Crab Leg in Home Spiced Sauce.
Seafood is always on the top of the Hong Kong gourmets’ favorite list. The restaurant imported fresh Alaskan Cooked Snow Crab, Alaskan Cooked Dungeness Crab Clam and Alaskan King Crab Leg to tempt guests’ appetite. Alaskan Dungeness Crab is known as bigger in size and delicate in texture as well as flavor; while Alaskan King Crab is comparatively rich in ocean salty flavor with chewy texture.
Hot Alaskan delights includes Alaska Seafood Florentine, Roasted Alaska Halibut with fennel and Cannellini Bean, Curried Alaska Black Cod, Seared Scallop with Jalapeno Cream, Tomato Broth with Seafood, Roasted Corn Chowder with Crabmeat and more. All are served hot on a long table for guests to choose.
Another highlight is the Poolside BBQ zest. Guests can sit by the relaxing pool and enjoy the ready-to-sizzle BBQ savor. The must try items are Curried Salmon Fillet, Crab Leg and Pork Skewer and Salmon Skewer.
