To start off the delightful dinner, the Braised Supreme Sea Cucumber, Mushroom, Pumpkin and Conpoy in Clay Pot brings you the refreshing opening with different kinds of freshest ingredients. Then, followed by the tempting Braised Abalone with Hairy Gourd which is skillfully prepared to appeal to your eyes and stomach, or savour the richest taste of the Sautéed Bottle Gourd with Mantis Shrimp and Bean Paste together with the month-watering Sautéed Duck Breast with Jelly Fish to stimulate your appetite in the hot summer. For something healthy, the Stir-fried Luffa, Tomato and Soya Bean is the prefect selection that should not be missed. Finally, try out the delicious Main Plain Dumpling and Pumpkin in Wine Syrup to round off your meal.
