The healthy appetizer “Avocado Prawn Salad” is a perfect start. The avocado is mixed with apple sauce to give sweet and sour taste to match nicely with a bite of prawn. Another choice of appetizer is “Seared Goose Liver with Mushroom”. The rich aroma of goose liver goes well with mushroom. Followed by the appetizer, there are two choices of soup, the “Lobster Bisque” and “Minestrone”. The former one delivers strong lobster temptation that fits for seafood lover. The latter one is a traditional Italian soup mixing with Parmesan Cheese, Conchiglie and assorted vegetables.
Choices are also available for main courses. The “Baked Lobster Coated by Italian Cheese Sauce with Beef Tenderloin” delivers dual temptations of lobster and beef. The baked lobster is flavoured by cheese. Featuring with tenderness, the US beef serves delectable taste, giving crunchy yet juicy bite. Besides Lobster with Beef, guests can also choose to have Sole Fillet or Lamb Chop. For seafood and pasta lovers, another main-course “Rigatoni with Scallop and Duck Breast in Black Truffle Light Cream Sauce” is recommended. The Scallop is cooked to golden layer with some herbs in mild seasoning, so as to avoid destroying freshness as well as keeping its original delicacies. The aroma of Black Diamond “Black Truffle” sauce merges well with the pasta for tasting a mouth of deluxe.
With outdoor seating and overlooking the river view, the warm and wooden colour of the restaurant offers a breath-taking environment for diners. Under the candle-lit, it is an ideal dining venue to relax and indulge.
