Mezzo Grill, the new steak and seafood grill restaurant located on 1/F of Regal Kowloon Hotel, is now open. Mezzo Grill specialises in mesquite char-grilled dishes and creative modern fusion cuisine, where guests gather to enjoy dining in an elegantly casual yet tasteful environment. 

 

At Mezzo Grill, Executive Chef Johnny Ma presents his version of the eclectic world of modern cuisines, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and the menu is the reason to go to Mezzo Grill. Our Executive Chef researched elements for the menu from around the world, offering a wide variety of meats and seafoods to please any palate. All char-grilled dishes are served with a choice of creative sauces, including Lime Scented Bearnaise, Caramalised Shiraz and Shallot Jus, Apricot Honey Marmalade and Smokey Pineapple Gravy, together with either mixed salad or seasonal vegetables and hand cut fries or Idaho baked potato.
