Café Rivoli is newly renovated with a fresh new look! An array of sumptuous international delicacies awaits you, offering you fabulous culinary excitements! Chef Lau Shiu Bor, the new Executive Chef of Regal Hongkong Hotel, has more than 30 years of experience in the hotel’s food and beverage industry. He has been working in a number of the world’s renowned international hotel chains including Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group. He is now responsible for menu planning and operation of the western kitchen, Café Rivoli and Catering service. Chef Lau loves to make use of different ingredients and blend with his unique cooking technique for his menu creations which also cater for different diners’ needs. His menus specialise in bringing out the original taste and freshness of the ingredients.
A series of luxurious delicacies are now ready to tantalize your taste buds, including assorted crab legs and seafood mountain, Japanese cuisine such as fresh sashimi and sushi. At the sushi bar, our Japanese chef will make the hand-rolled sushi a la minute upon your selection from 30-40 ingredients such as sea urchin, scallop, lobster, roasted Wagyu beef, goose liver, etc. There is newly introduced Australian A6 Wagyu beef available at the Teppanyaki station which you shouldn’t miss! What’s more? Baked oysters cooked in various unique ways including garlic and tomato sauce, mango and curry sauce, spicy Chinese XO chili sauce. Other delicacies are goose livers and roasted 1855 US beef which should further stimulate your appetite!
Plentiful desserts are ready for dessert lovers. Soufflé is specially highlighted with an array of creative flavors including durian, black truffle with sweet cherries, passion fruit with strawberry and green tea with Red Bean.
