The Regal Hotels Group (or "Regal Group") today held a cocktail and dinner reception, the "Shatin Soho Launch Extravaganza", to mark the grand opening of Shatin Soho, the latest development of the Group, as well as to celebrate Regal Riverside Hotel's development entering into a n ew era. Mr. Philip Chan J.P., Shatin District Officer, Mr. Wai Kowk Hung J.P., Chairman of Shatin District Council, Ms. Carmen Choi, Executive Director of Early Light International (Holdings) Limited, Mr. Y.S. Located at Regal Riverside Hotel and facing the scenic Shing Mun River, the Shatin Soho development comprises around 15 restaurants and bars with a total gross floor area of more than 100,000 sq. ft.. These outlets are all located from the ground floor to the 3rd floor of the Hotel, each with an area ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. to 27,000 sq. ft..
