Being a caring and responsible corporate citizen, Regal Hotels Group and the Six Regal Hotels in Hong Kong organized a charity activity to raise funds for the Qinghai Yu Shu county’s earthquake victims.

On 29 April 2010, the six Regal Hotels in Hong Kong have donated all revenues (including the 10% service charges) generated from lunch and dinner buffets at the coffee shops, without deducting cost. During the same period, The Salvation Army collection boxes were placed at the hotel coffee shops for hotel guests’ donation. This fundraising campaign received a very hearty response from the guests and received more than Three Hundred Thousands Hong Kong Dollars donations. The Regal Hotels Group has contributed 1:1 matching donation and doubled the coffee shops’ revenue and guests’ donations to a total of Seven Hundred Thousands Hong Kong Dollars. The Group would like to express its gratitude to all the customers for their generous donations.
