Recently, Regal Jinfeng Hotel organized “World Expo Security Training” at the Regal Ballroom to prepare for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. All staff participated in batches.
Mr. Shao Qing Hai – Hotel Security Manager emphasized the importance of security work and where each employee must pay more attention. Through emergency, security and accident prevention case studies staff were able to understand their important roles and their security awareness was enhanced.
The hotel continues to be committed to providing to customers "Safe Facilities, Healthy Environment and Excellent Service" .
Train the Trainer Course
At the beginning of the Tiger year, Regal Jinfeng Hotel has arranged a three-days training course for dept. trainers. Ms. Chen Hong Qiao – Regional Training Director of RHI, combines the lectures with lively practices let the trainers fully understand the importance of training course. After that, each trainer will start their respective training program in their own dept.
