Each guest will have a complimentary dish of “Maine Lobster with Sea-urchin Paste”. Maine is a state in the northeastern United States and the world's finest lobsters are came from Maine. Maine Lobster is cooked in enriched creamy sauce and it is sumptuous and luxurious with Sea-urchin Paste. “Yabby & Shrimp Cocktail” is cooked in an exclusively cocktail sauce. Guests will be satisfied with the lobster sweet and the texture. Another highlighted recommendation is “Lobster & Green Apple Salad”.
