Regal Riverside Hotel presents one more new restaurant "Dragon Inn" which has been opened on 18 July 2008. Dragon Inn introduces profound Chinese culinary culture "Huai Yang" cuisine which provides extraordinary enjoyment to guest palate and vision.

Huai Yang cuisine originated in Huai An and Yang Zhou, which have rich yield of seafood and crop. It is a popular cuisine since Ming and Qing Dynasty. The famous political leaders, Zhou Enlai and the founder of PRC, Mao Zedong were Huai Yang cuisine lovers. Such renowned cuisine is now available in Dragon Inn at Regal Riverside Hotel which gives guest a thorough traditional dining experience. Located at ground floor with over 70 seats, guest are dining under a spectrum of day-light passing through the Chinese pattern wooden screen and the glass window. The stone wall, grey dark floor and the attractive bird’s cage-liked lamps are the dramatic decoration, which make guest feel like sitting in an ancient inn.

Dragon Inn follows traditional Huai Yang cooking style and brings variety of handcrafted delicacies to customers. Head Chef, Mr. Chow Man Wing is a Shanghaiese and has over 30 years’ experience. The menu has 8 different categories including cold dish, dim sum, shark’s fin, bird nest, abalone, seafood, and dessert.
