Thai loves the sour and hot Tom Yum Kung broth cooking with meat, seafood, vermicelli. It also serves as a nice family feast. Vi newly presents a sizzling Thai-Vietnamese Seafood Hot Pot offering two selections of broth: Spicy and Sour King Prawn Soup with Lemongrass in Thai Style and King Prawn Hot Pot in Vietnamese Style. The Thai Style broth is cooked by chicken and pork rib mixing with various traditional herbs and spice like Thai basil, Thai chili, lime, coconut milk, lemongrass, etc. While the Vietnamese broth is cooked with Tamarind, ginger, Vietnamese herbs, fish sauce, etc to give a delightful taste. The splendid combination of hot pot includes: The U.S. Beef, Diced Beef Tenderloin, Vietnamese Pork Sausage, Crab, and Rice Noodles. No matter serving with hot Thai style or sour Vietnamese style, it is a perfect delectable match.
Apart from the Thai-Vietnamese Seafood Hot Pot, variety of Thai and Vietnamese delicacies are also provided. A beautiful start is the salad bar offering extensive ingredients together with up to 20 kinds of special sauces, some delightful choices include Glass Noodles with Seafood in Pataya Style and Spicy Beef Salad.
