Regal Patisserie at Regal Riverside Hotel unveils a new face. The renovated patisserie is not only delivers a gazing look, but also a plentiful variety of whole cake, mini cake, home-made chocolate, cookies and sandwich. It turns to a new delightful place for people to shop around for family and friends, or present lasting love, take a tea break, or stay a while in pleasure.
The trendy bronze and golden theme design of Regal Patisserie featuring with mirror and orange lighting delivers a fashionable and deluxe look. Two giant display counters have been installed to offer more new flavour and wider selection. The specially highlighted cake, “Red Velvet” ($168), is made with Mascarpone cheese that delivers thick and creamy texture together with moist and tender taste. The eye-catching red cake colour carries gentle aroma of cheese, while the snowy top is made with slice of coconut. It feels like snowflake in every bite and surely delivers an indulging taste in winter. Another recommendation is “Tosca” ($168). It has rich butter and almond flavour, a thick texture covering a crunchy pastry, which gives layers of temptation. Other fine selections at $168 each like “Opera” for chocolate fans, smooth and aromatic “Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse”, and other popular cheese cake flavour, “Blueberry Cheese Cake” and “Tiramisu”.
Choices of healthy cake are also available at $168 each. The healthy cake series will be pop favour for beauty by adapting healthy formula “2-Low-1-High”, ie low in fat and sugar; high in fiber. Using low fat cream cheese, more fruit and less sugar, it is care free of having one more bite. Some healthy delights include, “Less Sugar Green Apple Mousse”, “Low Fat Mango Coconut Cheese Cake”, “Low Fat Strawberry Cheese Cake”, etc.
The new mini cake, $18 each, is perfect for those who want to have multiple tastes. The traditional delight “Mini German Cheese Cake”, which is made with light cream cheese and cherry, offers a refreshing and fruity taste. More nice choices include, the funny coloured “M&M’s Brownies” for children and “Walnut Brownies” delivering a mixture of crispy and sooth.
Apart from cake, Regal Patisserie follows the trend of choco hit to introduce range of home-made chocolate providing a wonderful gift idea. There are over 10 flavours at $9 each only, while
gift box sets starting from $48 are also available. Tempting highlight such as 52% Cocoa Pistachio, 72% Coca Dark Chocolate, 62% Cocoa Rose Petal, Congnac Grape, etc.
