Every month, our chefs have selected the finest ingredients imported from Italy to create an array of delectable seasonal dishes from different Italian regions, showcasing the specialties of the regional cuisine. Located in the northern part of Italy, Emilia-Romagna is mainly a meat-eating region. It is also known for pasta dishes and the home of classical premium ingredients including the world-famous Parmesan Cheese, Parma Ham from Parma and Balsamic Vinegar.
Parmesan Cheese - Among the Parmesan Cheeses, Parmigiano-Reggiano is the King of Cheeses with hard texture. It is made manually with all-natural ingredients while the name and production are strict and under legal constraints. You will be surely addicted to its unique flavour and smooth texture for its 700-year long history.
Parma Ham - Emilia-Romagna is the only eligible place to produce authentic Parma Ham which is the most famous category of cured pork products. In Parma, pigs are fed on the whey of Parmesan Cheese for ensuring the fatter and tastier meat than from other regions.
Balsamic Vinegar - The meaning of Italian word “Balsamico” is balmy while the Balsamic Vinegar is made from a reduction of cooked grape juice. The traditional Balsamic Vinegar, is aged for a minimum 12 years in wooden barrels before being bottled, is used to enhance the flavour of food. The authorized manufacturers of traditional Balsamic Vinegar are all located in Emilia-Romagna.
