Zeffirino Ristorante, crowned as the Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the world, held a grand opening celebration party on February 9 to officially announce the opening of its second restaurant in Hong Kong at Regal Kowloon Hotel.  The party was attended by Consul - Deputy Head of Mission, The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong, business associates and celebrities, as well as the VIP guests of Zeffirino Ristorante.  Master Chef Gian Paolo Belloni has specially come from Italy for the Grand Opening of the new Zeffirino Ristorante.

The inauguration of Zeffirino Ristorante was carried out with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the officiating guests : Mr. Marco Maria Cerbo (Consul - Deputy Head of Mission, The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong) who was the "Guest of Honor" of the ceremony, Master Chef Gian Paolo Belloni, Ms. Belinda Yeung (Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer, Regal Hotels International), Mr. Robert Quillfeldt (General Manager, Regal Kowloon Hotel), Mr. Edwin Ho (Director, Zeffirino Marketing) and Mr. David Leung (Director, Zeffirino Marketing).

After the opening ceremony, all guests were invited to the Grand Opening Dinner with authentic Italian dishes specially designed by Master Chef Gian Paolo Belloni. They also enjoyed the music performance by Accordion Troupe Hong Kong during dinner.
