The undisputed national and international fame of Zeffirino’s gastronomic art is a myth created by the Belloni’s family. The restaurant has entered to a new era “NUOVO in Vivid & Bright” to excite everyone!

The new change involves the fresh, energetic and yet young elements which have all been reflected on every detail of the restaurant, such as the restaurant’s logo, operating equipment and the staff’s uniform. Chef Fabrizio Cattaino, the Guest Chef specially flew from Italy, to showcase his gastronomic art and created new menus for the restaurant. The newly-designed delicacies will surely fascinate all diners with both authenticity and exquisite presentation.

Scallops and red prawns are all imported from Italy. The brownish gold colour of pan-fried scallops and the bright saffron sauce matches perfectly in presentation. It surely stimulates the senses of your vision and taste.

Profile of Chef Fabrizio Cattaino
Fabrizio Cattaino, the Executive Chef of Zeffirino Kulm Restaurant in Portofino of Italy, has 10 years’ solid work experiences in authentic Italian cuisine of high-end hotel chains. With his creativity and expertise in Italian gastronomy, it is a belief that he will contribute to the continuous success of Zeffirino.

Awarded the title of Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the world, Zeffirino Ristorante boasts a seventy-year long tradition spanning four generations. Its delectable authentic cuisine has attracted celebrities worldwide including the late Pope John Paul II, the late world’s famous tenor Luciano Pavarotti, Mikhail Gorbachev, Maradona, Muhammad Ali, Roger Moore, Frank Sinatra, Sophia Loren and Celine Dion. The flame of Zeffirino’s culinary art blazed over Asia with the opening of the first Zeffirino Ristorante at the Regal Hongkong Hotel in 2001 which has gained esteemed popularity since opened. Zeffirino was then opened in Regal Kowloon Hotel in early February 2007 to extend its gastronomic art.
