Redemption Process:

• A redemption letter will be sent from Asia Miles by courier to member’s designated address after miles are successfully deducted from their Asia Miles account.
• Normal lead-time for courier of redemption letters in Hong Kong is around 3 days and up to 1 week outside of Hong Kong.
• Asia Miles members are required to contact Regal Hotels to check for stock availability 3 days before pick up.
• Package can be collected by the member or by a third party authorised by the member upon presentation of the original redemption letter and Asia Miles membership card.
• The original redemption letter must be presented and submitted upon package collection at Regal Hotels.
