- Regal Kids Club is for children aged 3-11
- Neither the membership card nor any of the coupons, offers, gifts and privileges provided can be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for cash
- Regal Kids Club Card must be presented before bill payment for enjoying the offers
- Regal Kids Club member privileges are not applicable on hotel designated dates, ticket sales events, private room dining, banqueting, festive days, the eve of festive days. (New Year’s Day and Eve; Valentine’s Day; Easter Holiday; Mother’s Day and Eve; Father’s Day and Eve; Christmas Holiday [23-26/12])
- Membership card and privileges are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges and promotional offers
- Regal Hotels International reserves the right to cancel and / or postpone any activities or events in case of severe or unexpected weather conditions and / or typhoons or other uncontrollable circumstances
- Regal Hotels International reserves the right to use the likeness of any participant and his/her family in a photograph or other image during events and activities organized by Regal Hotels International in publicity material without any notice or consent and the member hereby permits Regal Hotels International to use any such material in which his/her likeness appears as afore-mentioned
- Regal Hotels International is not the supplier of the coupons, vouchers, merchandise, gifts, products and services supplied by individual merchants under this membership and will not bear any liability in relation thereto
- Regal Hotels International reserves the right to change all the promotional privileges and terms and conditions of this Regal Kids Club without prior notice
