Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Members may earn Regal Rewards Points and airline mileage for the same stay if they are paying eligible rate. 
2. No points will be awarded for 10% service charges and tax of accommodations charges & cash advance. 
3. Regal Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used in settling room master bill. If redeemed amount is less than the value of Regal Vouchers, no change will be provided. 
4. Redeem free room upgrade by points can only be used on subsequent visit subject to room availability and advance reservation. 
5. Redeemed Regal Vouchers, amenities, benefits and room upgrades are applicable in all participating Regal Hotels. 
6. To redeem for Regal Rewards Points, guests must have a valid Regal Rewards membership. 
7. All Regal vouchers will not be replaced if lost or damaged. 
8. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for redemption process and delivery of prize. 
9. Redemption once submitted cannot be cancelled or changed. 
10. Asia MilesTM will be credited to the member's Asia Miles account within 4 to 6 weeks upon confirmation. 
11. Other Asia Miles terms and conditions apply. 
12. Regal Hotels International reserves the right to change the redemption prizes without prior notification.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Eligible rates should include: published rack rates, local corporate rates, worldwide corporate rates, consortia rates, promotion rates, long stay rates & government rates. 
2. The benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or VIP card(s). Regal Rewards membership and points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other members' Regal Rewards' Points. 
3. Regal Rewards Points are valid for 18 months from the joining date at any of the Regal Hotels. Accumulated points cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited at the point forfeition date. 
4. To receive Regal Rewards Points, member must have a valid Regal Rewards membership and must be a registered guest of the hotel at the time the charges are incurred. The bill must be in his/her name and charges of previous stays prior to his/her enrollment shall not be used for gaining Regal Rewards Points. 
5. In case of any dispute on point accumulation, members must report to Regal Hotels International within 2 months from check-out date. Regal Hotels International reserves the right to make the final decision. 
6. Points of the current visit can only be used/ redeem in next visit. 
7. Membership will be cancelled automatically if account is dormant for 12 consecutive months for Classic Membership. 
8. Classic members will be automatically upgraded to Gold or Platinum Members once reaching the requirement as specified in Membership Types. 
9. In the event that Regal Hotels International terminates its affiliation with any hotel or airline partner, benefit, services and bonus mileages will not be awarded for stays at that property or for that airline partner. 
10. Regal Hotels International assumes no responsibilities and liability for changes or discontinuance of any Partner services. 
11. Points are required to be audited and verified by Regal Hotels International. Compensation of omitted points will be subject to the discretion of Regal Hotels International. 
12. All information collected from Regal Rewards members will be used by Regal Hotels International and it's affiliate companies for the purpose of Marketing and Regal Rewards program maintenance only. 
13. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Regal Hotels International. 
14. Regal Hotels International has the right to terminate the Regal Rewards Program or change, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, awards or award levels pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points, awards, earning ability and member benefits already accumulated. 
15. If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to other language versions, the English version shall prevail. In case of dispute, Regal Hotels International reserves the right to final decision.
