	To implement Green Programs inside and outside of the work place;
	To launch a minimum of one significant Humanitarian Service Project per business unit per year focusing on Youth Development & Health Enhancement in communities where we operate;
	To be a financially responsible Group accountable to our shareholders;
	To implement sustainable Economic and Community Development Programs where we operate;
	To engage our guests, associates and their families throughout the sustainability processes; and
	To engage internationally recognized certification companies to measure our sustainability performance and development.
