The indulgent hairy crab season is upon us! To highlight the superb taste of this seasonal speciality, our experienced Executive Chef of Dragon Inn, Yao Li, presents the Deluxe Hairy Crab Feast to please the taste buds of all crab aficionados, available from now until end of December.
Highlighted dishes include Baby Hairy Crab (Steamed or Fried with Bean Paste), Braised Shark’s Fin with Crab Roe, Braised Crab Roe with Pork Tendon, Steamed Pork Dumplings with Crab Roe.
