Every year, Business Traveller Magazines invited the most discerning and experienced travellers worldwide to vote for their favourite performers in the travel and hospitality industries. As such, the awards are considered as one of the most recognised among travellers and travel industry around the world.

Between April and May 2011, Business Traveller UK dispatched 25,000 polling forms to their magazine subscribers while Business Traveller Asia-Pacific sent out poll forms to their subscribers from April to June this year, the response rate was 19.87% percent and the results were compiled by market research leader Synovate.
