Starting from June 15 renowned Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Luk will team up with Chef Chow Kai Fu to spice up Rouge by offering an additional menu providing authentic Sichuanese specialties.

In addition to its fame earned as a Cantonese Restaurant winning the Best of the Best Culinary Award recognized by Hong Kong Tourism Board, we will serve a variety of phenomenal dishes to whet the appetites of spicy food aficionados. It is the combination of heat and numbness from Sichuan peppers, which creates that subtle crunch and tasty flavor.

A newly designed “Canton-Sichuan Set Menu” will be highlighted, featuring Sautéed Prawns with Garlic and Chili Sauce on Sizzling Plate, Stir-fried Diced Chicken with Dried Chili, Deep-fried Crispy Beef Brisket and other signature dishes. This set menu will be available for four, six and twelve persons starting from HK $1288 as of June 15 – July 31.
