The awarded Italian chef, Tamara Mattii, only uses the freshest imported ingredients from Italy, to bring their guests to an authentic Italian delight.

Zeffirino Ristorante in Regal Hongkong Hotel and Regal Kowloon Hotel features different attractions to guests. Located on 31st floor, the Zeffirino at Regal Hongkong Hotel features a panoramic view of Victoria park and harbour. Its enchanting and elegant setting enhances an Italian romantic atmosphere and ensures guests a perfect dining experience. While in the Zeffirino at Regal Kowloon Hotel, it features a classic and cozy ambiance, providing a gorgeous venue for the authentic feast.

All the ingredients in the buffet are freshly imported from Italy. Its antipasti, seafood and desserts are parading out on the buffet table. Italian Parma Ham with Cantaloupe Melon is one of the signature antipasti. The parma ham is thinly sliced and goes perfectly with melon which shouldn’t be missed! A series of seafood such as cold crabs with herbs, mantis shrimps, jade whelks, mussels and Italian fresh Salmon are also stars on the table. There are choices for main course including Grilled Pork Fillets, Pan-fried Sea Bass and more for guests to choose from.

A series of Italian desserts like traditional tiramisu and Italian home-made ice-cream, Gelato with special favours such as pistachio, caramel and coffee that dessert lovers are longing for! All add up to a sweet touch on holiday.
