Wu’s Specialty Menu combines the traditions of famous Wu’s family banquet and historical flavors of Anhui’s cuisine. Starting from 14 November, Regal Hotels International joins hands with Jinling Hotels & Resorts and invites Mr. Zhou Junhua, Executive Chef of Hongrui Jinling Grand Hotel to present the Wu’s Specialty Menu at Regal Hongkong Hotel (14 – 18 November) and Regal Kowloon Hotel (19 – 23 November).
The specialty menu’s signature dishes include Salty Duck and Salty Goose (cold dish), Steamed Wild Asparagus and Ham with Bamboo Clapper, and Pan-fried Bread Stuffed with Bacon Bean and Leek, to name a few. Set menu starts from HK$ 6,288 per table of 12 persons with an array of a la carte dishes available.
