In the buffet, most of the popular dishes are freshly brought by air. The real star of the buffet is Seafood Platter of Blue Mussels, Crayfish, Scallop and Water Prawn. Scallops with Black Truffle Vinaigrette, Yabbies’ Cocktail Salad, Organic Chicken Stuffed with Tiger Prawn and Truffle Mousse, Stir-fried Mussels with Fennel, Tomatoes and Cream, Barramundi with Saffron Sauce, Baked Tasmanian Rock Oyster with Garlic are also in excellent taste. Moreover, there are some more dishes such as Deluxe Salad Bar with over 40 ingredients and sauces, fresh Sashimi and Sushi, Prime Beef and Baby Lamb Rack and Kebab Shavarma and many more. Last but not least, the ever popular dish, Pan-fried Goose Liver with Port Wine Sauce cannot be resisted.

To perfect the meal, the famous Tasmanian Cheese Cake and a series of Tasmanian Strawberry Desserts are at your choice. Other desserts like Chocolate Fountain, Fresh Baked Soufflé are specially highlighted with an array of innovative flavours including mango chocolate, passion fruit strawberry, green tea with red bean.
