Both goose liver and lobster are luxury delicacies at high-class restaurants. Chefs showcase the pan-fried goose liver with fine texture offering juicy and delicate temptation to everyone. The specially made lobsters are palatable while cooking in Thai and Viet flavour. It is fascinated that the chef presents some toothsome dishes with goose liver like goose liver rice paper roll, pan-fried goose liver with port wine sauce, baked Portobello mushroom with goose liver and braised stuffed Ox- tail with goose liver. Dishes made with lobster including lobster ravioli with abalone sauce, Vietnamese style lobster and Thai style green curry lobster with crispy eggplant.

There also has a tempura station specially provides instant cooked Japanese tempura next to numerous fresh sashimi and sushi. All add up to offer a unique Japanese dining experience!
