Chef selects the fresh whole chicken and stuffed it with fine ingredients such as whole abalone, fish maw and dried mushrooms. Then, braise the stuffed chicken together with home-made broth for about two hours, the rich sauce containing the essence of all ingredients further enhance the flavor of the dish. Finally, serves it in casserole with vegetables, guests will be surely amazed by it.
