Chef Sam specializes in mingling of traditional Chinese culinary arts and innovative ideas to create new delicacies.

Cantonese used to visit Chinese tea restaurant to savor dim sum for lunch. Dim sum originates in China a century ago and it is renowned for its light portion that people can sample a lot of different dim sum, fine ingredients and appealing presentation. Nowadays, variety of dim sum is improved for guests’ selection and they are commonly cooked by steaming, pan-frying or deep-frying. Dim sum can also be served as desserts and cold dishes.

Use only the freshest ingredients and with the unconfined creativity of their talented chefs, Regal Palace is reputed for its fine quality and delectable dim sum. Regal Palace not only serves creative dim sum, but also traditional dim sum such as shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, rice flour rolls, giant bun and more, they are available from $33 only. Regal Palace’s dim sum is always cook-to-order, they assure that guests will be served with the freshest dim sum with best quality, variety and style.

Chef recommendations include Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Rice Flour Rolls with Pork Liver and Steamed Giant Bun with Chicken and Mushrooms. In additional, a wide array of snack is prepared to delight your palate, Marinated Pig Knuckles is one of the choices should not be missed!

To further enhance the dining experience, Chinese tea would be the perfect complement of dim sum. Pu'er tea is the most popular tea among all Chinese tea, it can facilitates digestion and revitalizes guests’ appetite. Longjing, Tieguanyin, Jasmine, Chrysanthemum and Dahongpao are also available.
