In the hot and humid summer, there is nothing better than enjoying a fresh and healthy fruit feast. Chef Sam has selected an array of seasonal fruits like strawberry, lychee, avocado, wax apple, mango and coconut, etc, and creates guests a ''Summer Fruit Indulgence''. To let guests to experience the truest and freshest taste, Chef has specially matched them with different ingredients and cooking methods so as to keep the original flavour and texture of the fruits. All dishes are prepared with colourful presentation and tempting taste which surly can boost guests’ appetite up and bring them a refreshing dining experience.
