Located in Southwestern Italy, Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, with the enchanting Mediterranean seaview and rich historical backgrounds, Sardinia becomes one of the popular places for tourists. As Sardinia is surrounding by the Mediterranean Sea, seafood becomes an integral part of Sardinian cuisine. In the inner part of Sardinia, pork and lamb are also commonly used.
