Fragrance Chinese restaurant in Regal International East Asia Hotel has just launched its new menu and the chef’sfocus on quality, freshness and consistency will be reflected in his new menu this summer. Executive Chinese Chef Lui Yu Yeung reveals his culinary flair with an extensive a la carte menu. Double boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Chinese cabbage, and double boiled abalone soup with sea conch and truffle tantalize the palate together with braised tofu with assorted meat in clay pot, and wok-seared egg noodles with spare ribs in XO Sauce. Diners may also delight in other notable recommendations such as wok-fired river shrimps with diced goose liver in XO sauce, smoked farm duck with tea leave and wok-fried vegetables with egg, salted egg in supreme broth.

In addition to a wide selection of dim sum offered during lunch, the restaurant’s team of chefs creates finest Shanghaiese as well as Cantonese cuisine, including traditional delicacies such as double-boiled soup, shark’s fin soup and abalone.
