Our chef is going to showcase delicate art of Swiss cuisines & cheese selection and present the “Swiss & Cheese” International Dinner Buffet at Café Allegro to excite your palate. Highlights include Raclette Fun Oven on the Table with Boiled Potato, a large block of raclette cheese is melted softly and scraped off under a grill, which is one of the popular traditional dishes in Switzerland; Swiss Air Dried Specialty Beef, lean parts of the beef are selected and treated with a mixture of European herbs and spices, you can enjoy the distinct flavour together with cucumber; while Swiss Cheeses (includes Gruyere, AppenZeller, Raclette, Emmentaler) can be accompanied by bread, nuts or wine to take your senses for a gastronomic joyride.
