An authentic American steakhouse, Mezzo Grill in Regal Kowloon Hotel serves premium cuts from U.S. and Australia as well as scrumptious seafood. From 1 April to 31 May 2011, Mezzo Grill is going to launch the “Temptations of Premium Grain-fed Canadian Beef” while the Executive Chef Johnny Ma will showcase his culinary masterpieces made of Canadian beef for your enjoyment. 

Canada is well-known for its high-quality grain-fed beef which is extremely tender, succulent and flavourful. The chef specially selects a premium Canadian beef brand - AngusPride, the beef is natural aging for 21 days for exquisite tenderness and is hand-selected by the professional for optimal marbling to ensure a guarantee standard, plus the milk-fed veal from Quebue, the rarely served white cuts in Hong Kong as the major ingredients, through various cooking methods to bring out the unique flavour of Canadian beef.

An array of delectable a la carte items and set menu will be available for your selection. To add on, fine wines from California are paired with the premium Canadian beef tasting menu to further enhance the taste of the feast.
