Chef Michael Yeung, who is the newly appointed Chinese Executive Chef of Regal Kowloon Hotel, proudly presents his culinary masterpieces at Regal Court for your dining pleasure.

Chef Michael Yeung’s Biography
Chef Michael Yeung started as the Chinese chef in 1964 and possesses over 45 years Chinese culinary experience. Prior to joining Regal Hotels International, he has been working for a renowned restaurant group in Hong Kong and has been the executive chef of hotels and famous restaurants in Xiamen, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing and other places, for more than 20 years. With an extensive range of culinary experience, Michael specializes in integrating the unique cooking elements of different regions into his personal gastronomy. He served many celebrities including Mr. Juan Antonio Samaranch, the former President of the International Olympic Committee, Mr. Tony Blair, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and Mr. Gong Xueping, a member of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

Michael believes that ‘Fine Food is Always Prepared for Gourmets’. He also nurtures younger generation on Chinese culinary skills with great enthusiasm.

Regal Court specializes in traditional Cantonese favourites in "Old Guangzhou" style and authentic Sichuan delicacies, as well as splendid dim sum in an exquisite setting.
