On Mid-Autumn festival, which is one of the major festivals on Chinese Calendar, where all family members gather to enjoy a sumptuous dinner. Our Chinese Executive chef Ricky Kong uses his sophisticated Cantonese cookery and carefully-chosen ingredients including Fish Maws, Sea Whelk, Fresh and Giant Garoupa to create a series of delectable dishes for this special occasion.

One of the most tempting dishes from the menus is “Braised Fish Maws Soup with Lobster Meats and Diced Abalone”.
