Beef Shabu Shabu and Beef Sukiyaki
Shabu Shabu is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese cooking. Beef is thinly sliced and dip into the boiling clear home-made soup for a few seconds to make the beef half-cooked, this is the best way to taste the beef. It is suggested to taste the beef together with home-made pomelo sauce or Japanese sesame sauce to get the magnificent enjoyment. Apart from Shabu Shaba, Sukiyaki is also one of the Japanese’s favourite, with the soup cooked with Japanese soy sauce and seaweed to add more flavor to the beef’s original taste. Choices of beef include Australian Wagyu Beef, New Zealand Beef and the US Prime Beef and all dishes are served with vegetables and ramen to top off the taste.
