Originated from Napoli, Pizza has been one of the favorite types of food around the world. The Chef of Avanti Pizzeria has carefully created a brand new menu serving authentic Italian pizzas for Italian food lovers. All pizzas are made with traditional pizza recipe and topped with a variety of carefully selected quality ingredients, bringing a unique flavor and dining experience to the guests. All crusts of the Avanti Pizzeria are carefully rolled by hand to make sure that the thickness will not exceed 3mm on average, then baked with the ‘magic’ time to guarantee that crispiness. With the ‘crunchy’ thin crust and cracking sounds when eating, this crispy pizza will surely satisfy everyone with a great sensation of enjoyment.

Authentic pizzas are typically made with tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Different from other pizzas in town, the cheesy crust base of Avanti Pizzeria is made with a mix of 4 different types of cheeses, including Mozzarella, Fontina, Gruyere as well as Emmental, to enrich the cheesy flavor of the pizza and gave it a unique taste. Fontina, from Italy is famous of its intense flavor, which perfectly pairs well with other ingredients to bring the superb taste of the pizza. The cheesy, crunchy and crispy texture will definitely please the appetites of those cheese lovers.

6 ‘Shatin Soho’ Pizzas with 14 Avanti Pizzeria’s Signature Pizzas
Our culinary team has carefully designed the menu to include more than 14 pizzas in 8-inch and 12-inch sizes, using the finest and freshest ingredients that combine the best taste. Margarita pizza, made with Mozzarella and fresh basil, offering fresh and fragrant taste to the diners, is undoubtedly one of the signature pizzas of Avanti Pizzeria.

Apart from Margarita pizza, Pizza Preciosa, another Chef’s recommendation, is baked with Australian M5 wagyu beef, pepperoni sausages and sliced dry ham. The soft texture of wagyu beef goes surprising well with the crispy crust of the pizza while the spicy flavor from the pepperoni sausages pairs well with the salty taste from the ham. This new and creative combination brings a unique and fresh new taste from our customers.

Another pizza highlights goes to Pizza Mumbay, a pizza with Indian-style toppings – Tandoori Chicken. Supplemented by fresh coriander and thinly sliced red onions that enrich the juicy and spicy flavor of the meat, this pizza is for sure a must-try dish for all pizza lovers.

Cheese Lovers’ Favorites – Quattro Formaggi, is baked with four types of cheeses: Mozzarella, riches in cow’s milk flavor; Parmasan, Tends to be much milder in taste; Goat Cheese, brings a strong goat’s milk flavor and , Gorgonzola, salty with a bit from its blue veining which is highly appreciated by cheese lovers. What made this pizza different from the typical Quattro formaggi is together with the cheesy base. There are a total of 7 cheese flavors for this unique pizza.

On the other hand, to celebrate the launch of the new pizza concept, Avanti Chef ahs specially designed 6 new pizzas for the 6 restaurants under ‘Shatin Soho’ in the hotel, demonstrating a crossover of pizza and local dishes of the restaurants. For example, Stir-fried Shredded Chicken in Sichuan Style represents Shanghai cuisine of Dragon Inn, its spicy flavor mix with Italian pizza flavor bring a brand new dining experience for our guests.
