Ms. Belinda Yeung Bik Yiu, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, joined the Group in 1987. Graduated from University of Houston, USA, Barron Hilton School of Hotel Management, Ms. Yeung has devoted her career in the hospitality industry in USA, Mainland China and Hong Kong – on both multi-unit corporate and single-unit hotel property management levels. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is in charge of the operations of all Regal Hotels in Hong Kong and China Mainland. Under her watch Regal has grown from owning and managing seven hotels in 2007 to the present over 20 properties in its portfolio. She has also been Head of Human Resources Department of the Century City International Holdings Group since 1992.

Ms Yeung is a member of Election Committee for HKSAR Chief Executive Election, Deputy Chairman of Executive Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the School of Hotel & Tourism Management of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and President 2010 – 2011 of Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour.

Mr. Dick Mak Kin Ming, Area Financial Controller, joined the Regal Hotels International in 2005. He is a member of a recognised accounting association. He started his hospitality career in 1986 and had worked with several eminent hotel management companies. Mr. Mak has made extensive contribution with his expertise to hotel opening as well as hotel development both in Hong Kong and China Mainland.

As the Area Financial Controller of the Group, he is responsible for the financial control of hotel operations in Hong Kong and China Mainland and support hotel project development in all aspects related to financial control. He has maintained effective working relationship with the management and provides accurate and timely financial information and analysis as well as developing and putting in place stringent standards for existing and future ventures.

Mr. Joseph Yung Sai Bun, Vice President - China, joined Regal Hotels International back in 1995. A graduate from The University of Hawaii majoring in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Mr. Yung is recognised as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) by American Hotel & Motel Association. Mr. Yung also obtained other professional recognitions including Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) awarded by Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and Member of Hotel & Catering International Management Association (MHCIMA).

Mr. Yung joined hotel industry since 1974 and has extensive operation experience covering Rooms division, Food & Beverage as well as projects. He had worked for different hotel groups including Pousada de Sao Tiago and Hyatt Regency in Macau, Monarch Lee Gardens Hotel Bangkok, Garden Hotel Guangzhou, four hotels managed by Lee Gardens International and Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong.

Mr. Yung is now responsible for the Group’s new hotel projects such as new restaurants, new hotels, as well as monitoring the operations and development of China projects.

Mr. John A. Girard joined Regal Hotels International in 2009 as General Manager of Regal Kowloon Hotel. He was promoted to the current position of Area General Manager - Hong Kong and General Manager of Regal Airport Hotel Meeting and Conference Centre in 2012. As the Area General Manager - Hong Kong of Regal Hotels International, Mr. Girard has the responsibility of overseeing the operations and service of Regal’ s 6 quality hotels in Hong Kong, ensuring guests experience top service and comfort while facilitating revenue management, sales and operations goals.

Apart from in-charging of the hotel operation and management, Mr. Girard plays the role of Vice President – Development of the Group to oversee the strategic business plans and seek new business development opportunities such as franchise.

Mr. Girard has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the Group, he had spent 18 years with Marco Polo Hotels, during which he held positions of General Manager of the Hongkong Hotel, Vice President, Marketing & Operations and Area Director for Marco Polo’s three Hong Kong properties. In the past three decades, he has held positions in various disciplines in hotels all over the world including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and particularly Sales & Marketing in Malta, Indonesia, Malaysia, England, Switzerland, Italy, Kuwait, Dubai, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Guyana (South America) and Australia, for International chains such as Hyatt International, Holiday Inn, Beaufort International, Forte Hotels, Rank Hotels and Sino Hotels.

Mr. Frankie Chan Shiu Chung, Vice President – Development (Greater China), rejoined Regal Hotels International in May 2007. Besides obtaining his MBA degree in the UK, Mr. Chan is the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Certified Hotel General Manager by the China National Tourism Bureau. He was the ex-executive of Jiangmen and Xinhui Tourism Associations as well. With over a decade’s experience in the capacity of Hotel General Manager, Mr. Chan is thoroughly engaged in the management of high-end hotels and with his outstanding performance, he was being awarded as the “Advanced Person for the Tourism Industry” by Zibo Tourism Bureau and Xinhui Tourism Bureau respectively. In addition, he was responsible for the development of hotel projects all over China, covering Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Gansu, Henan, Hainan, Yunnan and so on.

Furthermore, Mr. Chan is also the lecturer of the China National Tourism Bureau's Hotel General Manager Courses, American Hotels and Lodging Association's courses together with the lectures for different hotels and hotel groups. In 2006, he also acted as a member for the publishing of “Star-rated Hotel Employee Study Guide” in the areas of housekeeping, food & beverage, front office and hotel staff. At present, Mr. Chan is responsible for the development of the hotel projects in Greater China for the Group.

Ms. Dora Liu Man Yee, Vice President – Sales, joined Regal Hotels International as Group Director of Sales in 2002 and was the Director of Sales & Marketing of Regal Hongkong Hotel in 2003. Prior to her promotion to Vice President – Sales in 2009, she was the Executive Assistant Manger – Sales & Marketing at Regal Airport Hotel. Holding a Professional Diploma of Marketing Management by Hong Kong Management Association, Ms. Liu has devoted her career in the hotel industry for nearly 20 years. With her professional knowledge of hotel sales and marketing and extensive exposure in hotel room sales focusing on Global Account Management & E-Commerce business development, Ms. Liu has been holding executive positions at hotel and corporate levels within the Group. Before joining Regal, she was with The Park Lane Hotel as Director of Sales.

As the Vice President – Sales, Ms. Liu is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of sales effort and providing guidelines to Sales Team of Regal Hotels in Hong Kong.

Ms. Lyllian Poon Hiu Hung, Vice President – Marketing, rejoined Regal Hotels International in 2010. A graduate of University of Wisconsin – Madison, USA majoring in Mass Communication, Ms. Poon has extensive experience in the marketing and hotel industry. She has a distinguished career in leadership roles with a number of renowned hotels and major corporations such as PCCW, Swire Properties, Marco Polo Hotels Group and Sino Group of Hotels.

As the Vice President – Marketing, Ms. Poon is in charge of corporate communications, marketing promotions, digital marketing, loyalty programs and hotel brand promotions.

  Ms. Lyllian Poon Hiu Hung

Mr. Teddy Fung Pak Him, Vice President - Engineering, joined Regal Hotels International in 1992. Mr. Fung obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with 1st Class Honour from Strathclyde University, U.K. and was member of various engineering bodies. Prior to joining Regal Hotels International, Mr. Fung had worked in the profession of engineering for the past 30 years and brings with him an extensive experience in the design, contracting, construction, facilities maintenance and project management. As the Vice President - Engineering, he has to oversee all the operation and development of the group’s properties and facilities.

Ms. Ayse Wong Oi Sze, rejoined Regal Hotels International as Group Director of Human Resources in 2010. Ms. Wong was under the employ of Regal between 1992 and 2001 working in Corporate Office, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel in various Human Resource capacities. Graduated from University of Hawaii Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Travel Industry Management, Ms. Wong has acquired over 20 years’ hotel and human resources management experience in renowned hotels and companies such as The Regent and Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Ms. Wong is also responsible for the Human Resources functions of the Century City Group including Paliburg and Regal REIT.

  Ms. Ayse Wong Oi Sze

Ms. Candy Kwok, currently Group Director of Purchasing. Graduated from Birmingham College University of Hotel and Catering Management in United Kingdom. In addition, she obtained her Master of Arts in Gastronomy in Le Cordon Bleu and University of Adelaide in Australia. Ms Kwok has extensive knowledge in procurement and inventory management, as well as proven working experience in various hospitality and catering groups. Prior to joining Regal Group, she worked for Langham Hotels International and The Empire Hotels and Resorts International, Aberdeen Marina Club, Jewish Club as well as the fast food chains in Hong Kong.

As the Group Director of Purchasing, Ms. Kwok oversees the procurement function of the corporate office and individual hotels. She is responsible for the strategic direction for procurement functions, including developing policies and procedures, reviewing purchasing contracts, supervising bulk purchase and direct import projects.

  Ms. Candy Kwok

Ms. Lily Chan Kar Wah, Group Director of Operations rejoined Regal Group in 2006 at Regal Hongkong Hotel and Group Director of Communications from 2008 to 2010 and in Group Operations Department of the Regal Corporate Office since 2010. Ms Chan hold a Bachelor Degree of Arts, acquired 20-years work experience in hotel and property industries in renowned hotels and companies, such as Conrad International and Cheung Kong Holdings Limited in Hong Kong and China Mainland. In her capacity of Group Director of Operations, she is responsible for Food and Beverage as well as Rooms Operation in Regal Hotels.

  Ms. Lily Chan Kar Wah
