Poached Salmon with Strawberry Salsa, Pan-fried King Prawn with Organic Pesto Lemon Cream Sauce, Flamed Jumbo Scallop with Volcanic Salt, Lobster Thermidor, Pan-fried Foie Gras with Homemade Apple Compote on French baguette, Parma Ham and Lime Sweet Basil Mousse with Strawberry are our special recommendations.
