Terms and conditions:

• The OM Spa & Fitness Centre Scheme cards are stored value cards and must be presented at each visit to the OM Spa & Fitness Centre to enjoy the privileges, otherwise standard rates will apply
• This card is valued for one year from the date of purchase
• The user of the scheme is fully transferable upon approval
• Remaining credit values are non-refundable or non-convertible to cash and cannot be redeemed for any OM Spa & Fitness Centre lifestyle giftware or merchandise
• Upon depletion of stored value in your scheme card, regular rates apply. The card may be topped up prior to the expiry term 
• Upon expiry of term, a scheme renewal with a new period of validity allows the remaining credit value in the previous term to be carried forward
• Any referrals must be brought in by the member in person and the incentive will be added once the new member has successfully joined the programme
