The Group’s development project in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The 1st stage of the project will entail the construction on 2 separate land parcels including a 310-room five-star hotel with extensive facilities and a residential development comprising 9 tower blocks. The Hotel is located in Xindu District and is targeted to be completed in 2012.
