Situated on 3/F outside Regal Palace, our 6 high-tech meeting rooms – Victoria Room I, II, III, IV, V & Victoria Boardroom – range in size from 28 to 111 square meters with seating capacity of 6 to 100 people, offering an especially convenient meeting option for busy executives.

Regal Palace - 3/F

The Bauhinia, located in Regal Palace on 3/F, offers a majestic setting with classical European and Oriental touches. The high ceiling decorated with dazzling chandeliers creates a splendid atmosphere for you and your guests. The Bauhinia can also be flexibly partitioned into four units for customised function space.

Regal Ballroom - Basement 1

Once you step into the Regal Ballroom, you will be immediately impressed by its grandeur and elegant ambience. It is an ideal venue for cocktail gatherings, banquets, seminars, conventions and full-scale presentations for up to 380 people. The foyer area outside the Ballroom can be used for cocktail receptions and as a
pre-function area.

Monaco Room - Basement 1

As stylish and graceful as the Regal Ballroom, the Monaco Room provides more versatility for meetings of different sizes. It can also be subdivided into 3 separate units for smaller meetings and workshops.

The Forum - Basement 2

The newly introduced meeting and conference centre, The Forum, includes 4 main function rooms: The Forum I, II and III and the Forum Boardroom, with a maximum capacity of 180 people.
