Book More, Enjoy More at Regal Hotels 
From now until December 31, 2015, book a minimum of 15 guest rooms for any meeting and conference event at Regal Hotels in Hong Kong and China, guests can enjoy extra privileges as follows:

Booking of 15-34 guest rooms, a total of 3 privileges from Option A will be offered.

Booking of 35-54 guest rooms, a total of 4 privileges from Option A and B will be offered.

Booking of 55 guest rooms or above, a total of 5 privileges from Option A, B and C will be offered.


Option A:

  • One complimentary guest room upgrade to next room category
  • Complimentary in-room local phone calls
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout the meeting (not applicable for Regal Kangbo Hotel)
  • 10% Discount on rental of in-house audiovisual equipment


Option B:

  • One complimentary guest room upgrade to Suite with Executive Club Floor Privileges
  • Complimentary upgrade to themed break
  • Complimentary Internet access in general session meeting room (maximum 5 users)
  • 10% discount on F&B consumption in Hotel’s restaurants and bar for in-house guests (only applicable for Tiffany Lounge and Lobby Lounge at Regal Kangbo Hotel)


Option C:

  • One complimentary secretariat room
  • One complimentary evening cocktail reception for 1 hour
  • One complimentary guestroom for the event
  • 10% discount on event master bill (not applicable for Regal Kangbo Hotel)



Terms and Conditions


  1. The above privileges apply to the group with minimum 15 materialized rooms daily together with minimum one full day meeting package or one catering event

  2. Total number of meeting or catering package must be the same or above the guest room counts

  3. The offer is not applicable for room and meeting package paying at published Best Available Rate

  4. The privileges offer may vary from each Regal Hotel and subject to Hotel's final confirmation

  5. The privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any special discounted rate or other promotions

  6. Offers are subject to hotel’s availability at time of reservation and are subject to change without prior notice

  7. Should disputes arise, Regal Hotels International reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision
