- Full pre-payment of the entire stay is required 14 days prior to arrival which is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Prepayment will be forfeited for any cancellation, late amendment, no-show or early departure

- Confirmation is subject to room availability
- Any extension of stay will be charged on pro-rata basis which is subject to availability and final confirmation
