Terms & Conditions:

1. The discount offer is applicable to bookings from now until 31 December 2023 with the stays to be completed on or before 31 December 2023.
2. Apply the voucher code “DIRECT” to enjoy an extra 5% discount when booking via our official brand website.
3. The voucher code must be added at the time of booking on the check-out page.
4. Click "apply" and the corresponding voucher value will be deducted from the grand total.
5. The rates are non-commissionable.
6. Only one voucher code can be used for each booking.
7. The voucher code is applicable to the published best available rate or promotional rate plan.
8. Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian.
9. * Flexible date change policy is applicable to the room bookings reserved between 1 October 2022 and 31 March 2023 and the stay must be completed by 30 June 2023. 
10. * The prepaid amount of the original booking will not be refunded. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rates may vary.  If there is a price difference, the hotel will charge the difference in the room price according to the check-in date, and the excess amount will not be refunded.
11. * If guests need to amend the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please email/call the hotel reservation and make the date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

13. For hotels in Mainland China, room rates are subject to a 15% surcharge inclusive of service charges and prevailing government tax.
