Regal Kowloon Hotel provides 14 wonderfully designed function rooms while the contemporary Versailles Ballroom can accommodate a maximum of 450 persons. Each multi-function room is equipped with the latest high-tech facilities to ensure that your conference or social gathering is a success.

Half Day Meeting Package (without luncheon) at HK$450*

• Function room rental from 0900hrs to 1300hrs or 1300hrs to 1700hrs
• Coffee and tea to be served throughout the meeting
• One standard coffee break with 2 assorted refreshments
• Standard meeting equipment

Half Day Meeting Package (with luncheon) at HK$650*

• Function room rental from 0900hrs to 1300hrs or 1300hrs to 1700hrs
• Coffee and tea to be served throughout the meeting
• One standard coffee break with 2 assorted refreshments
• Standard meeting equipment
• Choice of Luncheon: Western set lunch at Mezzo^/ Chinese set lunch at Regal Court

Full Day Meeting Package at HK$750*

• Function room rental from 0900hrs to 1700hrs
• Coffee and tea to be served throughout the meeting
• Two standard coffee breaks with 2 assorted refreshments each
• Standard meeting equipment
• Complimentary usage of LED Wall single image as backdrop at Versailles Ballroom, valued at HK$6,800 (minimum attendance of 150 persons is required)
• Choice of Luncheon: Western set lunch at Mezzo^/ Chinese set lunch at Regal Court

Standard meeting equipment includes:

• Pens and pads
• Flipcharts / whiteboard with markers
• Standard audio / visual equipment
• Wired / wireless microphones
• Water and candies
• A set of LCD projector with screen
• Broadband Internet access for one device (12 hours per day)

Value added choices:

• Additional HK$60 per person to use private room for meeting luncheon (subject to hotel’s availability)
• Additional HK$80 per person to further upgrade to Deluxe Colour Theme Break
• Additional LCD projector to be charged at HK$1,500 net each

Terms & conditions:

• Minimum guaranteed 10 persons is required for the above meeting packages
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge
• Minimum charges is applied

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Regal Kowloon Hotel is final and conclusive
