Regal Gift Card is available starting from HK$300 to HK2,000.

Validity
All Regal Gift Card is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue or recharging date.

Terms and Conditions

Regal Gift Card prepaid value will be valid for 1 year from the issue date. All the unused balance would be forfeited right after the prepaid expiry date as shown on the Regal Gift Card.
Regal Gift Card prepaid value is set as HK dollar and payment unit will be set as dollar unit.
The new purchase of Regal Gift Card is available from HK$300 to HK$2,000. The recharge value is available from HK$100 to a maximum of HK$2,000. New purchase and recharge unit will be set as hundred unit.
Regal Gift Card is only valid at participating restaurants of Regal Hotels in Hong Kong. The list of participating restaurants is subject to change without prior notice. Please check on www.regalhotel.com for the latest list.
Regal Gift Card must be presented before settling the bill.
If the Regal Gift Card’s balance is not sufficient to settle the bill, the outstanding payable amount (if any) should be settled by cash or credit card.
Any query on the balance of Regal Gift Card should be raised immediately upon bill settlement. No amendment is allowed thereafter.
The information printed on the Regal Gift Card is valid only if that matched with the computer records of Regal Hotels.
Regal Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Regal Gift Card cannot be used to settle the charges for ticket sales events, banquet, private room dining, special promotional items and menus and bottled wine.
Regal Gift Card can be used to settle the bill(s) for dine-in consumption only.
Regal Gift Card is non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
If Regal Gift Card is lost, damaged or expired, no replacement will be arranged.
Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Regal Gift Card without prior notice.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of Regal Hotels International Limited shall be final and conclusive.
