Vaccination Accommodation Package

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion offer is available from 10 February to 24 May 2023 for stays from 18 February to 31 May 2023.
2. Room reservations are required to book on the selected rate plan and through the hotel's official website.
3. The promotion offer is only valid on selected dates and room categories.
4. The promotion offer is included one dose of Comirnaty Bivalent Vaccine per room occupancy and to be taken at Mobile Vaccination Station located in Regal Airport Hotel.
5. Reservation must be made 7 days in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.
6. The Hotel will inform you whether your booking is successful within 48 hours upon receiving your reservation(s). If you do not hear from the Hotel after 48 hours, please contact us directly to check your booking status.
7. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 after booking this vaccine accommodation package, you must request the cancellation 7 working days in advance before check in date. The Hotel will charge an administrative fee of HK$1,000 for each application. Otherwise, no cancellation or amendment is allowed for the package you have confirmed.
8. Booking for Vaccination shall be taken during the stay period and under the registered hotel guest's name.
9. Hotel can accommodate up to 2 persons in the same room.
10. The above rate is only applicable to the new booking.
11. All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other products or services.
12. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
13. Complimentary in-room Internet access for up to 8 devices use.
14. The promotional offer is subject to change without prior notice.
15. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
